Freddy and Sherlyn are great people to work with. Not only did they help me find the right house to suit my needs, they were patient with me in answering ALL of my questions. Freddy really has visions to help walk you through visualization on how you can improve the spaces in which you're looking at before you even buy it. Sherlyn will give you ideas on how to change things up from a decor perspective. You can tell Freddy & Sherlyn have lots of visions to help their clients once they get to know them. We're now new found friends!

We lived in a property managed by Sherlyn and Sky consultants realty for nearly 4 years. It was such a pleasure and she was an absolutely amazing property manager. We purchased a home but otherwise we wouldn't have left, maintenance was never an issue and communication was always quick and helpful. Sherlyn Arauma of Sky Consultants Realty & Property Management is an absolute gem! We initially intended to have her manage a long term home rental for us. Her fees were very reasonable and the management services to be provided were ideal. Additionally, the owner portal was easy to navigate.
We chose to upfit/remodel the home prior to listing it for rent. As out of town owners, we really had no knowledge of local contractors for the tasks that needed to be completed- nor were we able to be present to provide access to the home for contractors. Sherlyn went above and beyond to obtain estimates from trusted service providers (which were very reasonable), coordinate access to the home whenever needed, utilize her experience and expertise in design and material purchases, etc. The contractors did a fantastic job and Sherlyn was so great about sending us progress photos. The project would have been a nightmare if not for Sherlyn handling so many of the details!!!!
Ultimately, upon completion of the work, we decided to list the property. The house looked absolutely stunning and the listing photos (which displayed Sherlyn’s talent in staging) were gorgeous!!! As our agent, she was very prompt in relaying updates during the short time the home was listed (it sold very quickly). Additionally, working with the title company she referred us to was seamless.
We dealt with Sherlyn in various different roles and she was kind, efficient and incredibly competent in every situation. We found and hired Sherlyn based on these reviews and our own experience with her couldn’t have been better.
